Advanced Standing means that it is possible for an applicant to enter ANFCBII at an advanced stage. Such a student is not required to complete all the credits hours of study at ANFCBII in order to obtain their Diploma. The following terms and conditions apply to Advanced Standing.
If a student is awarded an Advanced Standing status to attend the fulltime Diploma course he or she will only be required to complete one year of fulltime studies to obtain their Diploma at ANFCBII. A similar student will be required to only complete two years in the part time Evening College to receive the Evening Diploma.
Conditions:
- The student must be above the age of 30 years.
- The student must have a full Bachelors Degree from an advanced learning institute that has full government recognition.
- Original documents must be provided to ANFCBII proving the applicant's higher education degree.
- Students who enter ANFCBII with Advanced Standing status will forfeit all scholarship privileges.
- Advanced Standing students who graduate from the ANFCBII may enter the Associate of Arts courses on the same basis that applies to all other graduates from the fulltime and part time Diploma programmes. (See the Degree section on this website for full details of conditions that apply.)
- A student with a fully government accredited and certified Diploma in any discipline, may receive a six month Advanced Standing in either their fulltime or part time Diploma programme at ANFCBII.
Credit transfers from other Bible schools will be considered by ANFCBII. The applicant would need to provide ANFCBII with a certified original transcript of courses and grades they achieved at their former Bible College. This will be assessed by ANFCBII in light of the standard of the applicant's former College and the applicant's grades. It is usual for some credits to be awarded, but on less than a one-one basis. |
