The Music Major is offered for those who believe that they have a musical gift and would like to use it in their ministry to the body of Christ. This Major is only available to fulltime Diploma English speaking students.
As the word of God is the most important aspect of the music minister's life, ANFCBII does not offer the Music Major to any accept those who enrol in the fulltime English-speaking Diploma in Bible and Ministerial Studies programme.
The Music Major takes an average of six lecture hours per semester for the two years. During the remaining 19 hours, music students will attend the main Diploma core subjects in the main lecture hall, along with the Theology and Missions students. To view these subjects, go to the "Diploma Programme" section of this website. The Dean of the Music Department will announce at the beginning of each semester which of the main Diploma subjects the music student will forfeit in order to attend the Music major courses.
Music Major courses include subjects in practical and theoretical fields, on a variation of instruments and styles of music theory. |
